一种内嵌式永磁同步电机转子位置传感器偏置误差的在线辨识方法 被引量:1

摘要 为了确定内嵌式永磁同步电机(IPMSM)驱动系统的转角偏置误差,提出了一种简便的IPMSM驱动系统的转子位置传感器偏置误差在线辨识和补偿方法。首先,通过控制电机在惯性滑行期间以稳态短路电流运行,可利用变频器将IPMSM平滑切入到三相短路状态;然后,通过对比实测d-q轴电流和电机的真实短路电流特性,可以准确解算出电机转子位置传感器的偏置误差。仿真和实验验证了所提出方法的有效性,且该方法可以在+0.5~+20电角度误差范围内实现转子位置传感器偏置误差的有效辨识。 In order to determine the rotor position offset error in interior permanent magnet synchronous motor(IPMSM)drives,a simple method was presented for on-line identification and compensation of the rotor position sensor offset error in IPMSM drives.Firstly,by controlling the motor to operate at its steady-state short-circuit current during coasting down,the inverter can be used to smoothly switch the IPMSM into three-phase short-circuit state.Then the rotor position offset error can be precisely identified by using the d-q axes measured currents and the true short-circuit characteristic of IPMSM.The effectiveness of the proposed method through simulation and experiment were verified,and the proposed method can effectively identify the rotor position sensor offset error within the range of+0.5 to+20 electrical degrees.
