摘要
针对传统失效模式和后果分析(FMEA)应用于装备采购供应链质量风险评估时存在风险种类识别不全面、风险评价结果容易偏离实际的问题,将FMEA方法与故障树分析法相结合,对风险识别流程进行优化,采用粗糙集和灰色关联决策理论对FMEA的风险评价方法进行改进,使风险评价结果与其实际更相符,并通过实例证明了该方法的适用性与有效性。
When traditional failure mode and effects analysis(FMEA)is applied to the quality risk assessment of equipment procurement supply chain,problems may occur such as incomplete identification of risk types and risk assessment results that easily deviate from the actual situation.In view of the problems,the FMEA method and the fault tree analysis method were combined to carry out the risk identification process optimization.Rough set and grey relational decision theory were applied to improve the FMEA risk evaluation method,so that the risk evaluation results were more in line with the actual situation,and the applicability and effectiveness of the method were proved through examples.
