摘要
绝缘耐电压(Hi-pot)测试是筛选锂离子电池内部微短路的重要质量检测手段。研究锂离子电池Hi-pot测试中关键测试参数,如测试时间、测试压力和测试电压对测试结果的影响。绝缘阻抗随着测试时间的延长而增大,其中延迟时间的变化对测试结果影响不大;随着测试电压的升高,绝缘阻抗减小;测试压力在200~600 N时,绝缘阻抗测试结果相对稳定;测试电压增大,有利于提高不良(NG)电芯的检出率。
High potential(Hi-pot)test was an important quality test method to screen the internal short circuit of Li-ion battery.The effects of key test parameters such as test time,test pressure and test voltage on Hi-pot test results of Li-ion battery were explored.The isolation resistance increased with the extension of test time,while there was little effect of the change of delay time on the test results;with the increasing of test voltage,the isolation resistance became lower;the isolation resistance results were stable when the pressure was in 200-600 N,the increasing of test voltage was beneficial to the detection rate of not good(NG)cells.
