Speeding up the production and application of advanced production equipment and transforming it into effective productivity as soon as possible were crucial to the development of enterprises.Production equipment was needed to go through a series of debugging and verification from entering the field to formally put into operation.By analyzing the production line of R03 and R6 paper-lined zinc-manganese dioxide battery,the key factors affecting the process were summarized,such as production equipment,manufacturing technique and management mode.
