摘要
放射治疗是肿瘤治疗的主要手段之一。目前改善放疗效应的研究多集中在其对肿瘤细胞生物学行为的调控。然而越来越多的研究证实,肿瘤微环境在放疗效应中也发挥着重要的调控作用。本文着重阐述放疗对肿瘤微环境中血管、基质和免疫系统的影响,并讨论其在促进肿瘤放疗抵抗和复发过程中的作用。
Radiotherapy is currently one of the main methods of tumor treatment.Presently,most of the researches aimed at improving the responses of radiotherapy just focus on its regulation of the biological behaviors of tumor cells.However,more and more studies have confirmed that the tumor microenvironment(TME)also plays an important regulatory role in the responses of radiotherapy.This review focuses on the effects of radiotherapy on the blood vessels,matrix and immune system in TME,and discusses the role of TME in promoting tumor radiotherapy resistance and recurrence.
