深圳市大学生对HPV及其疫苗认知、接种意愿的调查

Investigation on cognition and willingness of college students to HPV and its vaccine in Shenzhen City

目的了解深圳市大学生对人乳头瘤病毒(human papillomavirus,HPV)及其疫苗的认知、态度及接种意愿现状,探讨其影响因素,为进一步在深圳市大学生群体中推广HPV疫苗提供量性参考。方法2020年2月,采用便利抽样的方法,利用问卷星对调查对象以线上和线下结合的方式进行调查,收回问卷930份,有效问卷838份。调查内容包括研究对象的一般资料,HPV及其疫苗的认知、态度、接种意愿等。结果有643名(76.7%)大学生听说过HPV疫苗,560名(66.8%)大学生愿意接种HPV疫苗,87名(10.4%)大学生已接种HPV疫苗。深圳市大学生接种HPV疫苗的主要顾虑是担心HPV疫苗来源不安全(49.4%),所在地区没有推出相关HPV疫苗(27.7%)及HPV疫苗价格高(24.2%)。大学生了解HPV疫苗相关信息主要是通过微博、微信等媒体途径(60.1%),其次是社会公益宣传途径(48.6%)。性别、是否了解过HPV疫苗的信息、身边的亲友是否有接种HPV疫苗、婚前性行为态度均是深圳市大学生HPV疫苗接种意愿的影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论深圳市较多大学生听说过HPV及其疫苗,但对HPV相关知识的认知不足。需提高大学生对HPV及其疫苗的全面认识水平并改善其对疫苗供应、安全性的顾虑现状,提高接种率,降低HPV在大学生群体中的感染率。

Objective To understand the status quo of college students’cognition,attitude and willingness to human papillomavirus(HPV)and its vaccine in Shenzhen City,explore its influencing factors,and provide reference for further promotion of HPV vaccine among college students in Shenzhen City.Methods Using the convenience sampling method,the survey was conducted in February 2020 in the way of online and offline by the Questionnaire star,and 930 questionnaires were collected with 838 valid questionnaires.The contents of the survey included the general formation of the subjects,the cognition,attitude and vaccination intention of HPV and its vaccine.Results There were 643(76.7%)college students who had heard of HPV vaccine,560(66.8%)college students were willing to receive HPV vaccination,and 87(10.4%)college students had received HPV vaccination.The main concerns of college students getting the HPV vaccine in Shenzhen City were unsafe source of HPV vaccine(49.4%),HPV vaccine is not available in the region(27.7%)and high prices of HPV vaccine(24.2%).The main way for college students to understand HPV vaccine related information was through Weibo,Wechat and other media channels(60.1%),followed by social public welfare publicity channels(48.6%).Gender,knowledge of HPV vaccine information,whether relatives and friends have been vaccinated with HPV vaccine,and premarital sexual attitude were the influencing factors of HPV vaccination willingness of college students in Shenzhen City(all P<0.05).Conclusions Most of college students in Shenzhen City have heard about HPV and its vaccine,but lack of knowledge about HPV.In order to improve the vaccination rate and reduce the infection rate of HPV among college students,it is necessary to enhance the students’comprehensive understanding of HPV and its vaccine and improve their concerns about vaccine supply and safety.
