上海市普陀区25家印刷企业职业卫生现状分析

Analysis on occupational health status of 25 printing enterprises in Putuo District of Shanghai

目的了解上海市普陀区印刷企业职业卫生现状,为企业监督管理及职业病防治提供参考依据。方法2020年6—8月使用《工作场所职业病危害因素监测项目调查表》和《企业职业卫生管理现状调查表》对25家印刷企业进行调查,并对场所职业病危害因素进行定性和定量分析。结果上海市普陀区25家印刷企业7种化学毒物的场所和个体检测合格率均为100.00%;噪声超标率为39.58%,不同规模企业场所噪声超标率比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=26.871,P<0.01)。接触化学毒物和噪声的作业人员职业健康检查率分别为60.72%和74.20%。结论噪声为上海市普陀区印刷企业风险较高的职业病危害因素,是职业卫生监督管理和职业病防治的重点方向。部分职业卫生管理内容存在落实不到位的情况,应加强企业接触职业病危害因素职工进行职业健康检查的宣贯和职业卫生管理的监督,保障劳动者健康。

Objective To understand the occupational health status of printing enterprises in Putuo District of Shanghai,provide the basis for supervision and management of enterprises and prevention of occupational diseases.Methods From June to August2020,25 printing enterprises were investigated by using the Questionnaire on monitoring items of occupational hazard factors in the workplace and the Questionnaire on the current situation of enterprise occupational health management,and the occupational hazard factors in the workplace were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively.Results The qualified rate of the place and individual detection of seven kinds of chemical poisons in 25 printing enterprises in Putuo District of Shanghai were 100.00%,and the noise exceeding standard rate was 39.58%.The difference in noise exceeding standard rate among enterprises of different sizes was statistically significant(χ^(2)=26.871,P<0.01).The occupational health examination rates of workers exposed to chemical poisons and noise were 60.72%and 74.20%respectively.Conclusions Noise is the main occupational hazard factor of printing enterprises in Putuo District of Shanghai,which is the key direction of occupational health supervision and management,as well as occupational disease prevention and control.Some occupational health management contents are not fully implemented,and it is necessary to strengthen the publicity and implementation of occupational health examination for employees exposed to occupational hazards and the supervision of occupational health management in the enterprises,so as to protect the health of workers.
