摘要
目的了解实习护生对康复专科护士的职业态度现状,找出相关的影响因素,为培养康复专科护士储备人才提供数据支撑。方法采用护士职业态度量表和自设职业态度影响因素调查问卷,对2021年1—6月在湖南省人民医院全日制实习的护生进行调查,并对数据进行分析。结果在被调查的913名实习护士中,有意愿成为专科护士的有333人(36.47%),不愿意的66人(7.23%),不确定的514人(56.30%);有688人(75.36%)表示康复专科护士是独立于康复治疗师,有必要存在的,但仍有225人(24.64%)认为已有康复治疗师了,康复专科护士没有存在的必要性;对康复专科护士了解程度越高的护生更愿意成为康复专科护士(P<0.05)。此外临床带教老师对康复专科护士的态度、医院领导对康复护理工作的重视程度、在临床中能学习到技能操作的数量以及对康复专科护士了解程度在护士职业态度上差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论医院领导对护士工作的重视程度、在临床能学习到操作的数量、带教老师对康复专科护士的态度以及对康复专科护士了解程度等因素影响实习护生对康复专科护士的职业认知,应从学校、医院和政府等多方面着手共同解决问题,提升实习护生的职业观,从而有利于康复专科护士的培养和发展,以适应健康中国和健康老龄化的时代要求。
Objective To understand the current situation of trainee nursing students’professional attitude towards rehabilitation specialist nurses,find out the relevant influencing factors,and provide data support for the training of rehabilitation specialist nurses.Methods The nurses’professional attitude scale and self-designed questionnaire on influencing factors of Professional attitude were used to investigate the full-time trainee nursing students in Hunan People’s Hospital from January to June 2021,and the data were analyzed.Results Among 913 investigated trainee nursing students,333(36.47%)were willing to become specialist nurses,66(7.23%)were unwilling,514(56.30%)were uncertain.688(75.36%)said that rehabilitation specialist nurses were independent of rehabilitation therapists and were necessary,however,225(24.64%)people thought that there are rehabilitation therapists and rehabilitation specialist nurses were unnecessary.The nursing students who knew more about rehabilitation specialist nurses were more willing to become rehabilitation specialist nurses(P<0.05).In addition,there were statistically significant differences in professional attitudes among the groups in different attitude of clinical teaching teachers towards rehabilitation nurses,the degree of attention of hospital leaders to rehabilitation nursing work,the number of skills that could be learned in clinic,and the degree of understanding of rehabilitation nurses(all P<0.05).Conclusion Hospital leaders’attention to the work of nurses,the number of operations they can learn in clinic,and the degree of understanding of rehabilitation nurses affect the professional cognition of trainee nurses to rehabilitation nurses,different attitude of clinical teaching teachers towards rehabilitation nurses,and it is necessary to work together to solve problems from schools,hospitals and the government to improve the professional concept of trainee nurses,which is conducive to the training and development of rehabilitation nurses,in order to meet the requirements of healthy China and healthy aging.
