基于双盐复合吸附剂的跨季节冷热自适应调控新策略 被引量:1

Cold-heat adaptive control for cross-season based on bi-salt composite sorbent

摘要 跨季节高效利用太阳能和工业废热成为热量回收再利用的发展新方向.热化学连续冷热联储/联供方法以其冷热储存密度大、长期稳定储存及输出温度可调等优势成为突破跨季节冷热调控再分配利用的关键手段.然而该方法在新型吸附剂的筛选合成和冷热复合联储/联供系统的优化设计等方面仍然存在诸多挑战.本文针对某工业园区工业废热的跨季节冷热自适应调控再利用过程中存在的冷热储存效率低、储存过程散热严重、输出冷热量不连续以及输出温度不可控等难点,合成并筛选了高性能双盐固化复合吸附剂,优化构建了跨季节冷热自适应调控系统,研究了复合吸附剂的吸附/解吸特性,测试了跨季节冷热自适应调控系统的冷热联储/联供性能,该策略所采用的方法聚焦太阳能和工业废热等中低温能源的高效利用和关键需求,从材料合成筛选、样品性能表征测试到冷热自适应调控系统优化构建和性能评价的各个角度,提出中低温热能跨季节合理分配的全套技术解决方案,从而为跨季节冷热联储/联供提供新策略. Efficient utilization of solar energy and industrial waste heat has become an important research topic in heat recovery.The sorption continuous cool-heat storage method can be used for cross-season cold-heat adaptive control owing to its advantages of high cooling and heating storage density,long-term and stable storage,and adjustable output temperature.However,this method involves the screening and synthesis of novel sorbents and optimal design of the cross-season combined cold-heat storage system.To solve the problems of low heat storage rate,high heat dissipation in the storage process,intermittent output of cold-heat,and uncontrollable temperature output in the process of adaptive control of industrial waste heat in an industrial area,a high-performance bi-salt consolidated composite sorbent is synthesized and screened in this work.Moreover,an optimized cross-season cold-heat adaptive control system is developed.Additionally,we investigate the sorption/desorption characteristics of the composite sorbent and then test the cold-hot storage/output effect of the seasonal cold-heat adaptive control system.The method adopted in the strategy mainly focuses on the efficient utilization and critical requirements of low-grade energy,such as solar energy and industrial waste heat.From the aspects of material synthesis and screening,sample performance characterization test,construction optimization,and performance evaluation of cold-heat adaptive control system,a complete set of technical solutions for the reasonable seasonal distribution of lowgrade thermal energy is proposed.It provides insights for seasonal cold-heat combined storage/output.
