若干微小RNA在血管稳态维持和重构中作用机制的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 心血管疾病是引起全球人口死亡的主要原因,中国心血管疾病患病率持续上升.大多数心血管疾病的发生和发展与血管稳态失衡、血管不良重构有关.近些年来,微小RNA在血管稳态和重构中的作用引起越来越多关注,并取得了重要的研究进展.本文主要从新生血管和新生淋巴管网络稳态,血管与动脉粥样硬化,血管壁再狭窄和侧枝循环建立障碍等多个角度,总结性讨论若干微小RNA在血管稳态维持和损伤后重构中的调控作用.并探讨以微小RNA为靶点的相关诊疗手段在临床上的尝试和应用. Cardiovascular diseases are the main cause of death in the global population,and the prevalence of cardiovascular diseases in China continues to rise.The occurrence and development of most cardiovascular diseases are related to the imbalance of vascular homeostasis and poor vascular remodeling.In recent years,more attention has been paid to microRNA in the process of vascular homeostasis and remodeling,and considerable research achievements have been made.This article mainly discusses the regulatory role of miRNAs from the perspectives of neovascular network homeostasis,lymphatic vessel network homeostasis,blood vessels and atherosclerosis,vessel wall restenosis,and the establishment of collateral circulation.At the same time,the clinical trials and application of related diagnosis and treatment methods with microRNA as the target are discussed.
