安立泽联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病的临床效果

Clinical effect of combination therapy with metformin in treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的研究分析2型糖尿病患者采用安立泽联合二甲双胍治疗的效果.方法选取2019年4月-2021年4月期间在东莞市横沥医院门诊部、住院部治疗的74例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,入组后采取抽签方式分组,分为治疗组和对照组,每组37例患者,治疗组将实施安立泽联合二甲双胍治疗,对照组采用阿卡波糖联合二甲双胍治疗,对比两组指标:治疗前后治疗有效率、不良反应发生率、血糖指标情况.结果治疗组治疗有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组不良反应发生率与对照组相比明显更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前,治疗组、对照组血糖指标相近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,治疗组血糖指标比对照组优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论安立泽联合二甲双胍的给药方案在2型糖尿病治疗中更具优势,更具临床用药安全性,餐后血糖达标更快.

Objective To study and analyze the effect of the combination of metformin and metformin on type 2 diabetes.Methods The patients in the outpatient department and the inpatient department of our hospital were selected for the treatment of type 2 diabetes.74 patients were selected during the period of 2019.4-2021.4.After the treatment,the patients were divided into the treatment group and the control group by 37 ballots.The treatment group was treated with metformin combined with metformin,while the control group was treated with acarbose combined with metformin.The effective rate,incidence of adverse reactions and blood glucose indexes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,the blood glucose indexes of the treatment group and the control group were similar,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the blood glucose indexes of the treatment group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Coneusion Anline combined with metformin is more effective in the treatment of type 2 diabetes,and is safer in clinical medication.
