规范电话回访对慢性光化性皮炎出院患者生活质量影响研究

Study on the impact of standardized telephone return visit on quality of life for discharged patients with chronic actinic dermatitis

目的探讨规范电话回访对慢性光化性皮炎出院患者生活质量的影响.方法选取2020年3月-2021年5月在江西省皮肤病专科医院住院的60例慢性光化性皮炎患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=30)和观察组(n=30).在出院1周、2周、1个月后开始进行电话回访,对照组采用常规电话回访,观察组采用规范电话回访,使用生活质量评价量表(SF-36)比较两组患者的评分.结果在生理功能、精神健康、情感职能、躯体疼痛、活力、社会功能和心理状态方面,观察组患者评分明显高于对照组,差异显著且具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论规范电话回访对慢性光化性皮炎出院患者的康复有很大作用,督促其遵守医护嘱托,提高其医护依从性,改善了生活习惯,提高了慢性光化性皮炎患者的生活质量,临床价值显著,值得广泛推广应用.

Objective To explore the impact of sandardized telephone returm visit on quality of life for discharged patients with chronie actinie drmaitisMethods A total of 60 patients with chronic actinie dermatitis hospitalized in our hospital from March 2020 to May 2021 were selected as the research objects,who were randomly divided into control group(n=30)and observation group(n=30).After discharge for 1 week,2 weeks and 1 month,he patients in the control group reeived routine telephone return visi,the patients in the observation group received standardized telephone retum visit,and the patients'scores were compared with those in the two groups using the SF-36.Results The scores of patients in the observation group were signifceantly higher than those in the control group in terms of physiological function,mental health,emotional function.physical pin,vialty.social function and psychological state(P<0.05). Standardized telephone relurn visit plays a great role in the rehabiliation of discharged patients with chronice actinic dermaitis.st not only changes bad living hais.but also improves the quality of life of paiens,but alo helps to improve nuring compliance.has sgnifcant clinical value and is worthy of wide application.
