模型解说+宣传图谱对心脏手术患者术前焦虑及知识知晓率的影响研究

Effect of model interpretation+propaganda atlas on preoperative anxiety and knowledge awareness rate of patients undergoing cardiac surgery

目的研究模型解说+宣传图谱对心脏手术患者术前焦虑及知识知晓率的影响.方法选取2019年9月-2021年5月在无锡市人民医院行心脏手术的150例患者作为此次研究对象,并采用随机数字表法将其分为常规组、研究组,各75例.常规组采用常规健康宣教,而研究组在常规组基础上采用模型解说+宣传图谱,对比两组入院第1天、术前1天的焦虑情绪、生理应激反应指标、知识知晓率以及应对方式.结果术前1天,研究组的焦虑(SAS)评分、皮质醇、肾上腺素水平均低于常规组(t=9.524、2.484、2.367,P<0.05);研究组的知识知晓率(93.33%)高于常规组(74.67%)(χ^(2)=9.722,P<0.05);研究组的面对评分高于常规组,其回避、屈服评分均低于常规组(t=12.055、12.818、7.315,P<0.05).结论在心脏手术患者中采用模型解说+宣传图谱干预,能有效缓解其术前焦虑,提高知识知晓率,改善其应对方式.

Objective To investigate the effects of model interpretation+propaganda atlas on preoperative anxiety and knowledge awareness rate of patients undergoing cardiac surgery.Methods A total of 150 patients who underwent cardiac surgery in our hospital from September 2019 to May 2021 were selected as the subjects of this study,and they were divided into conventional group and study group by random number table method,with 75 patients in each group.Routinc health cducation was uacd in the conventional group,while model interpretation+propaganda atlas was used in the research group on the basis of the conventional group.Anxiety.physiological stress repone idicator,knowledge awarenes rate and coping slyle of the twe groups were compared on the first day afer adnission and I day before surgery.Results 1 day before surgeryanxietey(SAS)scorecortisol and adrenaline levels in the study group were lower than those in the conventional group(t=9.524,2.484,2.367,P<0.05).The knowledge awareness rate of study group(93.33%)was higher than that of conventional group(74.67%)(χ^(2)=9.722.P<0.05).The face score of the study group was higher than that of the conventional group.and the avoidance and yield scores of the study group were lower than that of the conventional group(1=12.055、12.818、7.315,P<0.05).Conc lusion The intervention of model interpretation and propaganda atlas in patients with cardiac surgery can efectively relieve their preoperative anxiely.improve their knowledge awareness rate and improve their coping sltyle.
