摘要
目的了解南京市某医药研发企业员工主观幸福感现状及其童年生活相关影响因素,为优化医药企业人才管理方式和孩子童年生活及教养方式提供参考依据。方法2019年7—11月,采用基本情况调查表、父母心理控制问卷和总体幸福感量表,对南京市某医药研发企业在职员工进行调查,分析南京市某医药研发企业员工主观幸福感现状、父母心理控制情况及主观幸福感的童年生活相关影响因素。结果南京市某医药研发企业员工主观幸福感得分为(77.75±12.83)分,其中主观幸福感高水平者18人(8.3%),较高水平者120人(55.6%),中等水平者76人(35.2%),较低水平者2人(0.9%);是否独生子女和不同学历员工主观幸福感总分比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);父母心理控制得分为(2.77±0.81)分,其中<3分127人(58.8%),≥3分89人(41.2%)。相关分析显示,是否独生子女和父母心理控制与主观幸福感呈负相关(r=-0.139、-0.164,均P<0.05)。逐步线性回归表明,童年生活相关的父母心理控制(β=-0.164,P<0.05)和是否独生子女(β=-0.139,P<0.05)2个因素进入模型,可有效解释主观幸福感变异量的4.6%。结论南京市某医药研发企业员工主观幸福感较高,童年生活相关的父母心理控制和是否独生子女对主观幸福感有影响作用。
Objective To understand the status of subjective well-being of employees in a pharmaceutical R&D company in Nanjing City and related influencing factors of their childhood life,provide reference for optimizing talent management mode of pharmaceutical enterprises and children’s childhood life and education mode.Methods From July to November 2019,the employees in a pharmaceutical R&D company in Nanjing City were investigated with the basic situation questionnaire,the parental psychological control questionnaire and the overall well-being scale.The status of subjective well-being,parental psychological control and related influencing factors of subjective well-being in their childhood life of employees in a pharmaceutical R&D company in Nanjing City were analyzed.Results The score of subjective well-being of employees in a pharmaceutical R&D company in Nanjing City was(77.75±12.83)points,among which there were 18 persons with high level of subjective well-being(8.3%),120 persons with relatively high level(55.6%),76 persons with medium level(35.2%),and 2 persons with a low level(0.9%).There were statistically significant differences in the subjective well-being scores among employees whether only-children or not,and with different educational backgrounds(all P<0.05).The score of parental psychological control was(2.77±0.81)points,and 127 persons scored<3 points(58.8%)and 89 persons scored≥3 points(41.2%).Correlation analysis showed that whether the only child and parental psychological control were negatively correlated with subjective well-being(r=-0.139,-0.164,both P<0.05).Stepwise linear regression showed that the two factors related to the childhood life,parental psychological control(β=-0.164,P<0.05)and whether the only child(β=-0.139,P<0.05),entered to the model,which can effectively explain 4.6%of the variation of subjective well-being.Conclusion The employees of a pharmaceutical R&D company in Nanjing have higher subjective well-being,and parental psychological control and whether the only child,which related to the childhood life,have effect on subjective well-being.
