摘要
目的了解急诊科护士职业倦怠状况及其与道德困境、良心压力的关系。方法采用便利抽样法,于2020年10—12月选取池州市10家医院急诊科192名在职护士作为调查对象,使用职业倦怠量表、道德困境量表和良心压力量表对其进行调查,并对数据进行分析。结果急诊科护士良心压力得分为(42.56±12.28)分,道德困境得分为(58.46±14.24)分,职业倦怠得分为(63.84±13.18)分;急诊科护士职业倦怠得分与道德困境得分和良心压力得分均呈正相关关系(r=0.714、0.636,均P<0.01),道德困境得分与良心压力得分呈正相关关系(r=0.622,P<0.01);良心压力在道德困境和职业倦怠之间起部分中介作用,中介效应为0.131,中介效应占总效应的比例为29.37%。结论急诊科护士职业倦怠与道德困境和良心压力关系密切,且良心压力在道德困境和职业倦怠之间起部分中介效应。
Objective To investigate the job burnout of nurses in emergency department and its relationship with moral dilemma and conscience pressure.Methods From October to December in 2020,192 nurses in emergency department of 10 hospitals in Chizhou City were selected into this study by convenient sampling.They were investigated with Job burnout scale,moral dilemma scale and conscience stress scale,and the data were analyzed.Results The scores of conscience stress,moral dilemma and job burnout were(42.56±12.28),(58.46±14.24)and(63.84±13.18)points,respectively.The job burnout score was positively correlated with the score of moral dilemma and conscience pressure of nurses in emergency department(r=0.714,0.636,both P<0.01),and the score of moral dilemma was positively correlated with conscience pressure(r=0.622,P<0.01).Conscience pressure played a partial mediating role between moral dilemma and job burnout,and the mediating effect was 0.131,accounting for 29.37%of the total effect.Conclusions The job burnout of nurses in emergency department is closely related to moral dilemma and conscience pressure,and conscience pressure plays a partial mediating role between moral dilemma and job burnout.
