大陆高校台生的群际关系与融合发展研究 被引量:2

摘要 推进两岸青年大学生的积极接触和合作共享对于实现两岸青年融合发展具有重要意义。通过对大陆高校中台生群际关系的研究发现:多数台生带有群际边界意识,该意识的产生与强弱程度因人、因时、因事而异;随着时间推移,台生的“学习者”身份日益凸显,群际边界意识减弱,群际区隔感降低;台生具有一定的内群体偏好,但内外群体评价趋于客观、理性,对外群体的刻板印象朝向积极方向发展;台生的群际接触行为受到群际关系意识和认知的影响,但在个性和接触收益等内外部动机的驱动下,台生与大陆师生外群体的接触质量逐渐提高,正向接触效应显现。研究建议:客观评估群际关系对于台生个体成长的正向意义,切勿夸大两岸青年之间的群际壁垒和差异;激发台生原生性的中华文化认同,为建构跨越群体边界的共同内群体奠定根基;加大大陆师生对台生的心理关怀、生活支持和学习帮扶力度,引导台生建立与陆生的线上、线下共同内群体;持续完善趋同管理的人才培养模式,为台生与大陆师生的融合发展型接触创造有利条件。 Promoting active contact,cooperation,and sharing across young university students from cross-Straits is of great significance to the development and integration of cross-Straits youth.This study shows that most Taiwan students maintain the intergroup boundary of varying degrees.Over time,the self-identification with the“learner”role among the Taiwan students becomes stronger,while their sense of intergroup boundary and segregation diminishes.Despite a certain level of in-group preference,the Taiwan students approach the in-group and out-group rationally and thus gradually move away from the stereotypes about the out-groups.The intergroup contact of the Taiwan students is shaped by their perceptions of intergroup relations.The quality of contact,if driven by intrinsic and extrinsic motives,can improve and lead to positive effects.Some implications could be drawn as follows:Unbiased evaluation of intergroup relations would benefit the self-development of Taiwan students.Overemphasis on the gap and differences across groups should be avoided.Meanwhile,reviving the innate Chinese cultural identity among Taiwan students would lay the foundation for the construction of a common in-group identity across intergroup boundaries.It is imperative to provide consistent support for living,learning,and counseling and guide Taiwan students to create common in-groups online and in real life.In addition,the adoption and perfection of similar standards in the talent cultivation model would facilitate the development of integrated contact across groups.
