我国体育产业高质量发展的内涵辨识、理论预设与政策意蕴

Connotation Identification,Theoretical Presupposition and Policy Implication of High-quality Development of Chinese Sports Industry

论文借助文献回顾梳理、对比与述评,将“体育产业高质量发展”的内涵总结归纳如下(1)根据政策文件表述做出的延伸性解读;(2)以上位概念为基础做出的从属性定义;(3)基于体育产业特征做出的列举式阐述;(4)结合具体实践问题做出的综合性归纳。并以发展经济学、产业生态学、经济社会学和政治经济学为理论预设,力图揭示“体育产业高质量发展”的理论前提。结合新发展理念,对体育产业高质量发展的政策意蕴进行了解读(1)“创新”是体育产业高质量发展的引擎;(2)“协调”是体育产业高质量发展的主线;(3)“绿色”是体育产业高质量发展的准则;(4)“开放”是体育产业高质量发展的路径;(5)“共享”是体育产业高质量发展的追求。

Through literature review,comparison and comment,the paper summarizes the connotation of“high-quality development of the sports industry”as extended interpretation based on statements in policy documents,as dependent definition based on the super-ordinate concept,as an enumeration elaboration based on the characteristics of the sports industry and as a comprehensive summary based on specific practical problems.Based on the theoretical presuppositions of development economics,industrial ecology,economic sociology and political economics,this paper revealed the theoretical premise of“high-quality development of the sports industry”.Combined with the new development concept,the policy implications of the high-quality development of the sports industry were interpreted.“Innovation”was the engine of high-quality development of the sports industry.“Coordination”was the main line of high-quality development of the sports industry.“Greenness”was the criterion for the high-quality development of the sports industry.“Openness”was the path of high-quality development.“Sharing”was the pursuit of high-quality development of the sports industry.
