金融支持乡村产业发展的困境与对策——以湖南省临武县为例

Difficulties and Countermeasures of Financial Support for Rural Industry Development A case of Linw u county in Hunan province

金融支持乡村产业发展是当前金融服务乡村振兴中面临的一项重要课题。本文以湖南省临武县为调查对象,对农村经济、产业发展以及金融支持情况开展专题调研,结果显示:现阶段农村经济与产业发展还存在诸多短板,金融支持乡村产业发展力度仍然不足,主要原因是金融服务需求端趋于弱化、金融服务供给尚存诸多梗阻、财政金融政策环境有待优化。本文据此提出了加强政策引导、培育市场主体、完善金融治理的政策建议。

Financial support for the development of rural industries is an important issue in the current rural revitalization of financial services. Taking Linwu County of Hunan Province as the object of investigation, this paper conducts a special research on the current rural economy and industrial development as well as financial support, the results show that: At present, there are still many shortcomings in rural economy and industrial development, and the strength of financial support for rural industrial development is still insufficient. The main reasons are that the demand side of financial services tends to weaken, there are still many obstructions in the supply of financial services, and the fiscal and financial policy environment needs to be optimized. Finally, the paper puts forward some suggestions on strengthening policy guidance, cultivating market subjects and perfecting financial governance.
