教学团队作为“高等学校本科教学质量与教学改革工程”的重点建设项目之一,其在学科建设、人才培养、教学改革等方面具有重要作用。该文结合安徽农业大学园林专业园林规划设计教学团队建设的实践经验,从团队建设目标定位、师资队伍建设、教学建设、科研建设等方面介绍了该团队探索与实践情况,为同类院校的相关专业教学团队的建设提供借鉴。

As one of the key construction projects of“undergraduate teaching quality and teaching reform project in Colleges and universities”,teaching team plays an important role in discipline construction,talent training,teaching reform and.Combined with the practical experience of the teaching team construction of landscape planning and design of landscape specialty of Anhui Agricultural University,this paper introduces the exploration and practice of the team from the aspects of team construction goal orientation,faculty construction,teaching construction and scientific research construction,so as to provide reference for the construction of relevant professional teaching teams in similar colleges and universities.
