电梯曳引钢丝绳防跳槽装置的分析研究

Analysis and Research on the Anti-Creep Device of Elevator Traction Wire Ropes

电梯的安全隐患会对人民生命财产构成威胁,因而电梯安全问题的关注度也与日俱增。电梯曳引钢丝绳作为电梯运行中重要的运动部件,其安全质量直接影响电梯整机的安全运行。电梯的曳引钢丝绳防跳槽装置是防止曳引钢丝绳从曳引轮槽跳出后引起非正常磨损后导致曳引钢丝绳断丝断股,致使电梯溜梯或者乘客被困等特种设备安全事故的发生。文中从几个事故案例中分析防跳槽装置失效的原因,并提出预防措施,避免类似事故的发生。

The potential safety hazard of elevator can pose a threat to people’s lives and property,so the attention to elevator safety is also increasing day by day.As an important moving part in elevator operation,the safety quality of elevator traction wire rope directly affects the safe operation of the whole elevator.The anti-creep device of the traction steel wire rope of the elevator is to prevent the traction steel wire rope from breaking wires and strands after abnormal wear caused by the traction steel wire rope jumping out of the traction wheel groove,resulting in the safety accidents of special equipment such as elevator slide or passengers being trapped.This paper analyzes the reasons for the failure of anti-creep devices from several accident cases,and puts forward preventive measures to avoid similar accidents.
