摘要
2020年12月12日至13日,中国行为法学会侦查学分会第十二次全国学术研讨会在贵州省黔东南州召开。围绕新型犯罪治理、扫黑除恶专项行动常态化机制建设、命案积案攻坚、智慧侦查等为主题,与会20余位专家学者进行了专题报告。通过梳理分析研讨会内容与研讨会收录的文章,结合当前对相关问题的已有研究成果,厘清当前我国刑事侦查的现状及面对的问题,以期为我国刑事侦查工作及相关理论研究的发展提供智力支持。
From December 12 to 13,2020,the 12th national academic seminar of the investigation branch of behavioral law society in Chinawas held in Qiandongnan Prefecture,Guizhou Province.The themes of the seminar includedcontrol of newtypes of crimes,the construction of normalization mechanism for special actions to eliminate underworld and evil,the tackling of long-standing homicide cases and intelligent investigation.More than 20 experts and scholars made special reports.combined with the contents of the report and the articles included in the seminar,and combined with the existing research results on relevant issues,this paper analyzes the contents of the seminar,clarifies the reality and problems in the criminal investigations in China,and supports the development of criminal investigation and related theoretical research.
