移动医疗(mHealth)技术是通过提供更多的患者参与、监测、推广和医疗服务来实现医学现代化。移动医疗技术包括了软件应用程序、可穿戴设备和移动设备等,通过实时监测提供许多重要生命体征参数。随着心血管疾病的日益增加,心脏疾病的预防和康复成为不可或缺的重要组成部分,由于时间、交通、费用等问题心脏康复在国内的发展尚处于初级阶段。为了提高心血管疾病患者加入心脏康复的参与率,和实现患者的全程管理和随访,移动医疗可将成为传统医疗保障之外的有力补充。

Mobile health(mHealth)technology provides more patient participation,monitoring,promotion and medical services,through which medical modernization is achieved.Mobile health technology includes software applications,wearable devices and mobile devices,which provide many important vital sign parameters through real-time monitoring.With the increasing cases of cardiovascular diseases,the prevention and rehabilitation of heart diseases have become an indispensable and important part.Due to the problems of time,transportation and cost,the implementation of heart rehabilitation in China is still at the primary stage.In order to improve the participation rate of cardiovascular patients in cardiac rehabilitation and realize the whole process management and follow-up of patients,mobile health will become a powerful supplement to traditional medical security.
