摘要
文章为确保心肺运动试验(CPET)的数据准确性的获得,就CPET实施的场地、环境的感染控制、设备的质量保证和质量控制、临床操作前的准备和操作中的规范和安全实施的新进展做一介绍,以便安全准确的得到CPET数据用于临床。
The article outlines the latest practice for the performance of cardiopulmonary exercise testing(CPET)within a healthcare environment.Recommendations are provided on how to undertake CPET safely,from equipment to control infection to testing to leadership,helping them perform a quality assured service for the benefit of all patient groups.
