Analysis on the Clinical Application of“Extreme Toxic Medicine for Disease,Aiming at the Relief of Six from Ten”in Guiding the Treatment of Tumors

“大毒治病,十去其六”源自《素问·五常政大论》,在中医文化中,毒即是药,药即是毒。中医在治疗肿瘤时采用以毒攻毒的方式,以达到祛毒除癌的目的,但应遵循“十去其六”,不可过度的原则。本文旨在通过解析“大毒治病,十去其六”在肿瘤临床上的应用,以期把握中医治疗肿瘤时的尺度,更好地指导临床用药。

The viewpoint of“extreme toxic medicine for disease,aiming at the relief of six from ten”was recorded in the chapter of Great Theory on Shifting and Interaction of Five Phases from Plain Questions.In the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,toxic substance can be used as the medicine,and each medicine has poison.During the treatment of tumors with Chinese medicine,the method of treating poison with poison is usually adopted to achieve the purpose of removing toxin and eliminating cancer,and the principle of“relief six from ten”and being not excessive should be followed at this situation.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the clinical application of“extreme toxic medicine for disease,aiming at the relief of six from ten”guiding the treatment of tumors,so as to grasp the scale of medication with Chinese medicine for the treatment of tumors and then better guide the clinical medication.
