养正合剂在乳腺癌根治术后辅助化疗中的疗效观察

Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Yangzheng Mixture in Auxiliary Chemotherapy After Radical Mastectomy

目的观察养正合剂在乳腺癌根治术后多柔比星脂质体联合环磷酰胺(AC方案)辅助化疗中的临床效果。方法选择天津中医药大学第一附属医院2021年5月-2021年8月乳腺癌根治术后AC方案辅助化疗2周期中医辨证属气血两虚证患者为研究对象,按照是否联合养正合剂治疗分为观察组和对照组各39例。观察组采用AC化疗方案联合养正合剂治疗,对照组仅采用AC化疗方案治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后中医证候积分、卡氏评分(karnofsky performance status,KPS)变化情况及不良反应,观察养正合剂临床疗效。结果在中医症候积分方面,治疗后观察组积分改善优于对照组,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);在治疗有效率方面,观察组的有效率为89.74%,优于对照组的71.80%,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);在KPS评分方面,治疗后观察组KPS评分略有提升,改善优于对照组,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论养正合剂能够有效缓解乳腺癌根治术后辅助化疗阶段气血两虚证患者化疗相关性疲乏等症状,改善患者生活质量,提高患者临床治疗效果。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yangzheng Mixture in adjuvant chemotherapy of doxorubicin liposome combined with cyclophosphamide(AC regimen)after radical mastectomy.Methods Patients receiving two cycles of AC adjuvant chemotherapy after radical mastectomy and differentiated as qi and blood deficiency syndrome in First Teaching Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2021 to August 2021 were selected as the object of study.The patients were divided into observation group(n=39)and control group(n=39)according to the combined medication of Yangzheng Mixture or not.The observation group was treated with AC chemotherapy combined with Yangzheng Mixture,while the control group was treated with AC chemotherapy alone.The changes of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,Karnofsky Performance Status(KPS)scores and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,and the clinical effect of Yangzheng Mixture was also evaluated.Results In terms of TCM symptom scores,the observation group improved better than the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of the observation group was 89.74%,which was better than that of the control group(71.80%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of KPS scores,the KPS scores of the observation group slightly improved after treatment,and the improvement was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Yangzheng Mixture can effectively relieve reactions such as chemotherapy-related fatigue in patients with qi and blood deficiency syndrome during adjuvant chemotherapy after radical breast cancer surgey,improve the quality of life of patients,and improve the clinical therapeutic effect of patients.
