清热解毒化瘀法治疗前列腺癌根治术后生化复发的临床研究

Clinical Study of Therapy of Clearing Heat,Removing Toxin and Resolving Stasis for the Treatment of Biochemical Recurrence after Radical Prostatectomy

目的观察清热解毒化瘀法治疗前列腺癌根治术后生化复发的临床疗效。方法36例前列腺癌根治术患者给予清热解毒化瘀方治疗,疗程为3个月,观察治疗前后所有患者血清肿瘤标志物PSA水平和国际前列腺症状评分(I-PSS)的变化情况。结果患者治疗后血清肿瘤标志物PSA水平较治疗前降低(P<0.05)。治疗后I-PSS评分较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05),治疗后总有效率为86.1%。结论清热解毒化瘀法治疗前列腺癌根治术后生化复发疗效满意,可降低血清肿瘤标志物PSA水平。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of therapy of clearing heat,removing toxin and resolving stasis on biochemical recurrence after radical prostatectomy.Methods A total of 36 patients undergoing radical prostatectomy were treated with Qingre Jiedu Huayu Formula with the actions of clearing heat,removing toxin and resolving stasis for 3 months.The changes of serum tumor marker of prostate-specific antigen(PSA)and International Prostate Symptom Score(I-PSS)were observed before and after treatment.Results The level of serum PSA after treatment was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the I-PSS after treatment was also significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the patients was 86.1%.Conclusion Therapy of clearing heat,removing toxin and resolving stasis exerts satisfactory effect on biochemical recurrence after radical prostatectomy,and the therapy is effective on reducing the level of serum tumor marker PSA.
