基于数据挖掘技术的喉癌方剂配伍规律分析

Compatibility Analysis of Prescriptions for Laryngeal Cancer Based on Data Mining Technology

目的运用数据挖掘技术探究喉癌方剂的组方规律,以指导中医临床实践及成药开发。方法查找、筛选、录入并整理《肿瘤方剂大词典》《肿瘤良方大全》《中国药典》中所记载的治疗喉癌的方剂,构建喉癌方剂数据库。运用Microsoft Excel 2010统计中药频次,运用SPSS Clementine 12.0软件进行关联规则分析,通过SPSS 18.0软件进行聚类分析及因子分析。结果最终纳入126条喉癌方剂,共涉及226味中药。中药频次结果显示共得到高频中药37种(频次≥8),主要以清热解毒药为主。关联规则分析结果显示共得到药对关联规则24条,3味中药药组关联规则38条,4味中药药组关联规则25条,5味中药药组关联规则5条;聚类分析得到潜在组方的药组8个;因子分析共提取出10组基础方。结论中医药治疗喉癌以清热解毒为主,配合养阴生津、活血化瘀、解毒散结、通络止痛、利咽消肿等治法,通过标本兼治,从而抑制癌症的进一步发展,提高喉癌的治疗效果。

Objective The typical patterns of laryngeal cancer prescriptions were mined out by data mining tools for guiding traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)clinical practice and the development of patent medicine.Methods A database of laryngeal cancer prescriptions was established after the prescriptions for laryngeal cancer from Dictionary of Tumor Prescriptions,Complete Book of Tumor Prescriptions,and Chinese Pharmacopoeia were retrieved,screened,input and standardized.Microsoft Excel 2010 was used for the calculation of the frequency of the herbs of the laryngeal cancer prescriptions,SPSS Clementine 12.0 software was adopted for the performance of association rule analysis,and cluster analysis and factor analysis were carried out with SPSS 18.0 software.Results A total of 126 prescriptions and 226 herbal medicines for laryngeal cancer were eventually included the analysis.The frequency analysis for Chinese medicines revealed that there were 37 high-frequency Chinese medicines(frequency≥8),which mainly have the actions of clearing heat and removing toxin.The results of association rule analysis showed that there were 24 association rules for drug pairs,38 association rules for threeherb combinations,25 association rules for four-herb combinations,and 5 association rules for five-herb combinations.A total of 8 herbal combinations were obtained after the cluster analysis,and 10 basic prescriptions were discovered through factor analysis.Conclusion The treatment of laryngeal cancer with Chinese medicine is based on clearing heat and removing toxin,together assisted with the therapies of nourishing yin to produce fluid,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,detoxifying and dispersing nodules,unblocking collaterals and relieving pain,relieving sore throat and alleviating swelling.By treating the symptoms and the root cause simultaneously,the progression of laryngeal cancer can be blocked and the therapeutic effect of laryngeal cancer can be improved.
