中国经济现代化的经验是独一无二的。当前,中国正在建设具有中国特色的社会主义,而世界也需要运用这样出色的经验创造经济奇迹。毋庸置疑,我们可以并且应该学习中国改革的辉煌经验。新治理体制造就中国经济奇迹改革开放以来同时推进技术革命和治理革命,创建了一个新的治理体制。

China’s experience of economic modernisation is unique. In the past 30 years, China has promoted both technological and governance revolution at the same time, having created a new governance system. The effectiveness of this brand-new governance not only surpasses the Soviet planning economy, but also is superior to the transnational financial monopoly economic system of world capitalism. It can be named a “hybrid system.” The reason why it is“hybrid” is that China has built a governance system that combines the interests of various social groups, strategic planning and market self-organization mechanism.
