引言近年來,中國高度重視國内法在對外關係中的功能和作用。2019年2月25日,習近平總書記在中央全面依法治國委員會第二次會議上的重要講話中指出,要加快推進我國法域外適用的法律體系建設。黨的十九屆四中全會所發佈的《中共中央關於堅持和完善中國特色社會主義制度推進國家治理體系和治理能力現代化若干重大問題的決定》進一步強調。
Introduction In recent years,China has attached great importance to the function and role of domestic law in foreign relations.On February 25,2019,General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that it is necessary to accelerate the construction of the system of laws for extraterritorial application in his important speech at the second meeting of the Commission for Law-based Governance under the CPC Central Committee.
