2021年,全國人大及其常委會深入學習貫徹習近平新時代中國特色社會主義思想、習近平法治思想、習近平總書記關於堅持和完善人民代表大會制度的重要思想,全面贯徹黨的十九大和十九屆歷次全會精神,深入學習貫徹中央人大工作會議精神,守正創新。

With a strong sense of responsibility for inheritance and innovation,the National People's Congress,as well as its Standing Committee,has stepped up efforts to build a sound socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics in 2021,following Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,Xi Jinping's thoughts on rule of law,Xi Jinping's important thoughts on upholding and perfecting the people’s congress system,the decisions of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)and its various sessions,and the decisions of the CPC Central Committee's meeting on the people'congress work.As a result,it has made a record high of new legislations.
