摘要
2017年6月20日,最高人民法院與香港特別行政區政府律政司簽署了《關於内地與香港特別行政區法院相互認可和執行婚姻家庭民事案件判決的安排》(以下簡稱《婚姻家事安排》):該安排在内地將轉化為司法解釋,且已經最高人民法院審判委員會審議通過;在香港地区將轉換為本地立法。
On June 20,2017,the Supreme People's Court and the Department of Justice of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region signed the Arrangement on Reciprocal Recognition and Enforcement of Civil Judgments in Matrimonial and Family Cases by the Courts of the Mainland and of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region(hereinafter referred to as the“Matrimonial and Family Arrangement”).
