工艺条件和烧成制度对仿南宋官窑青釉的影响

Influence of Technological Conditions and Firing System on Imitated Green Glaze of Southern Song Dynasty Imperial Kiln

笔者采用白云石、方解石、紫金土等主要原料制备仿南宋官窑青釉。在最优配方基础上,通过单因素实验探究工艺条件及烧成制度对南宋官窑青釉的发色与开片效果产生了影响。实验结果表明:釉层厚度在1.5~2 mm,还原温度在1030℃,烧成温度在1230~1240℃时制备出釉面效果较佳的冰裂纹青釉效果。

This paper uses dolomite,calcite,purple gold soil and other main raw materials to prepare the imitation of the southern Song Dynasty imperial green glaze.On the basis of the optimal formula,the influence of process conditions and firing system on the color and opening effect of green glaze in southern Song dynasty was investigated by single factor experiment.The experimental results show that the glaze thickness is 1.5~2 mm;The ice crack blue glaze with better glaze effect was prepared at 1030℃and 1230~1240℃respectively.
