稀土彩色氧化锆陶瓷的研究进展

Research Progress of Rare Earth Doped Color Zirconia Ceramics

彩色氧化锆陶瓷因其色泽鲜艳、耐磨等优点,使其应用领域及市场需求量不断扩大。少量的稀土元素加入到氧化锆中,可制得出高耐热、化学性能稳定、色彩鲜艳的彩色陶瓷。笔者分别对稀土元素的发光机理、稀土彩色氧化锆的制备工艺及应用方面进行了总结。

Color zirconia ceramics because of its bright color,wear resistance and other characteristics,so that its application field and market continue to expand.A small amount of rare earth elements added to zirconia can produce high heat resistance,stable chemical properties,bright color ceramics.In this paper,the luminescence mechanism of rare earth elements,the preparation process and application of rare earth color zirconia are summarized.
