卫浴陶瓷产品相关国内外认证特征及趋势

Characteristics and Trends of Domestic and Foreign Certification of Sanitary Ceramic Products

认证认可是国际公认的提升质量管理效能和实现贸易便利化的有效方法、是国家可持续发展和高质量发展的质量技术基础,可有效打破跨境贸易壁垒,降低市场交易成本,提升质量安全水平。随着我国市场经济的深入发展,卫浴陶瓷产品认证在建筑陶瓷行业中的推广应用也越来越广,其可为消费者、监管机构和其他相关方提供获得产品符合性能、安全、互换性和可持续性等规定要求;也可为企业提供公正的第三方证明,使企业在市场准入、公平竞争、促进跨境贸易等方面处于有利地位,利于其有效地进行产品的市场营销。笔者梳理了欧盟、北美、澳洲等国及我国具有代表性的卫浴陶瓷产品的认证种类、认证方式、认证要求、认证特点及注意事项,并对当前关注的卫浴陶瓷产品认证的发展特征及趋势进行了探讨研究。

Certification and accreditation are internationally recognized as an effective method to improve quality management efficiency and achieve trade facilitation.It is the quality and technical basis for sustainable development and high-quality development of the country.It can effectively break cross-border trade barriers,reduce market transaction costs,and improve quality and safety.With the in-depth development of my country’s market economy,the promotion and application of building sanitary ceramics product certification in building ceramics enterprises has become more and more extensive,which can provide consumers,regulatory agencies and other relevant parties with access to product compliance,safety,and interchangeability.It can also provide enterprises with impartial third-party certification,so that enterprises are in a favorable position in terms of market access,fair competition,and promotion of cross-border trade,so as to facilitate their effective product development.marketing.This paper summarizes the certification types,certification methods,certification requirements,certification characteristics and precautions of representative building sanitary ceramics products in the EU,North America,Australia and other countries and in my country,and provides an overview of the current development characteristics of building sanitary ceramics product certification.and trends were investigated.
