银杏叶提取物生产废弃液中蛋白质的纯化工艺研究

摘要 目的:探索从银杏叶提取物生产废弃液中提纯蛋白质的工艺。方法:以银杏叶提取物生产的废弃液为原料,分别采用萃取、超滤、醇沉三种方式进行纯化,建立银杏叶提取物生产废弃液中蛋白质分离纯化相关工艺。结果:结果表明,超滤的方式可以将蛋白质含量提升5倍左右;通过采用醇沉可以将蛋白质含量提高2倍左右;萃取方式对蛋白质的分离纯化没有显著效果。而不同厂家提供的生产废弃液原料中蛋白质高低不同,利用蛋白质含量为8.34%原料,经超滤后可提纯至44.38%,再醇沉后可达86.20%。结论:银杏叶提取物生产的废弃液经超滤和醇沉两种方式纯化后,可有效获得85%纯度以上的银杏叶蛋白质。 Objective:To establish the technique of extraction and purification protien from Ginkgo biloba extract production waste liquid.Methods:Separation and purification of Ginkgo biloba protein:using the waste liquid of Ginkgo biloba extract as raw material,the purification was studied by extraction,ultrafiltration and alcohol precipitation,respectively.Results:The showed that the content of protein could be increased about 5 times by ultrafiltration,about 2 times by alcohol precipitation,and the extraction method had no significant effect on the separation and purification of protein.The content of protein in waste liquid is 8.34%,which can be purified to 44.38%by ultrafiltration and 86.20%by alcohol precipitation.Conclusion:After the waste liquid of Ginkgo bilobaextract is purified by ultrafiltration and alcohol precipitation,the protein of Ginkgo bilobaleaves with more than 85%purity can be obtained.
