摘要
银杏叶为银杏科植物银杏的干燥叶,银杏叶提取物(Ginkgo biloba extract,GBE)是从银杏叶中提取的具有多种有效药用成分的混合物,最主要的活性成分为银杏黄酮和银杏内酯类,现代研究表明,GBE对PI3K/Akt/mTOR、MMPS/TIMPS、TGF-β1/Smads、NF-κB、p38MAPK等关键信号通路具有重要的调控作用,而上述信号通路与慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的发生、发展密切相关。就近年来有关COPD相关信号通路机制与GBE通过相关信号通路治疗COPD的研究进行综述,从而为GBE治疗COPD提供一定理论依据。
Ginkgoleaf is the dry leaf of ginkgo.Ginkgo biloba extract(GBE)is a mixture of several effective medicinal ingredients extracted fromGinkgo bilobaleaves.Its main active ingredients are Ginkgo Flavones and ginkgolides.Modern studies have shown that GBE plays an important role in mediating key signaling pathways such as PI3K/Akt/mTOR,MMPS/TIMPS,TGF-β1/Smads,NF-κB,p38MAPK,which are closely related to the occurrence and development of COPD.Therefore,this paper reviews the recent researches on the mechanism of COPD related signaling pathway and GBE treatment of COPD through related signaling pathway,so as to provide a theoretical basis for GBE treatment of COPD.
