“方-证”结合探讨炮制品的复方运用

Combination of“Prescription-Syndrome”to Discuss the Compound Application of Processed Products

中医药从病机、证候、复方配伍都是在“辨证论治”和“整体观念”的理论指导下对疾病进行干预,这是中医药治疗疾病的基本原则。中药饮片炮制和复方配伍是中医药的两大特色,目前关于中药炮制机理机制的研究大多局限于单味药炮制前后化学成分变化与动物药效学变化研究,导致药效即使已通过实验验证,但也难以运用于临床,这种“工于分离解析,疏于还原整合”的研究方式,更多以寻找中药复方中单一有效成分为目的,脱离了临床用药的实际,忽视了中医药整体观和配伍原则。以“理-法-方-药”的整体观为切入点,探讨中药炮制饮片配伍组成方药的现代研究思路,明确炮制品在复方配伍中的运用,实现中医精准化治疗。

From pathogenesis to syndromes to compound compatibility,traditional Chinese medicine intervenes diseases under the guidance of“syndrome differentiation and treatment”and“holistic concept”.It is also the basic principle of Chinese medicine to treat diseases.The processing of decoction pieces of traditional Chinese medicine and the compatibility of compound prescriptions are the two major characteristics of traditional Chinese medicines.However,the current research on the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine processing is mostly limited to the study of changes in chemical composition and animal pharmacodynamics before and after processing of single medicines.The effectiveness is reasonable,but it is rarely used in clinical practice.This research method of“separation of work and analysis,neglect of reduction and integration”is more aimed at finding a single effective ingredient in a Chinese medicine compound,which is out of the clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine.The actual use of medicine ignores the holistic view and compatibility of Chinese medicine.This article takes the holistic view of“reality-method-prescription-medicine”as the starting point,discusses the modern research ideas of the compatibility of processed decoction pieces of traditional Chinese medicine to form a compound prescription,and the application of dialectical processed products in compound prescriptions to achieve precise treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.
