瑞舒伐他汀联合氨氯地平治疗冠心病合并高血压的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Rosuvastatin and Amlodipine in the Treatment for Coronary Heart Disease Complicated with Hypertension

目的探讨瑞舒伐他汀联合氨氯地平治疗冠心病合并高血压的临床效果。方法研究纳入2019年12月—2020年12月沈阳二四二医院收治的96例临床确诊的冠心病伴高血压患者,依治疗策略的不同分为对照组和观察组各48例。对照组在常规基础上加用氨氯地平,观察组在对照组基础上进一步加用瑞舒伐他汀进行治疗。比较两组治疗后的心功能指标及患者生活质量量表(SF-36)评分改善情况,并比较不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,观察组各项心功能指标及血压水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组SF-36量表各项评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生情况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对于冠心病伴高血压患者,在常规基础治疗的同时联合应用瑞舒伐他汀和氨氯地平,可改善其心功能指标和血压水平,而且生活质量更好。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of rosuvastatin combined with amlodipine in the treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with hypertension.Methods The study included 96 patients with clinically diagnosed coronary heart disease with hypertension who treated in Shenyang No.242 Hospital from December 2019to December 2020.According to the different treatment strategy,the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with amlodipine on the basis of routine,and the observation group was further treated with rosuvastatin on the basis of the control group.The improvement of cardiac function indexes and patients’quality of life(SF-36)scores after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the incidence of adverse reactions was compared.Results After treatment,the indexes of cardiac function and blood pressure in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of SF-36 in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion On the basis of routine treatment,rosuvastatin combined with amlodipine can significantly improve the indexes of cardiac function,blood pressure,and life quality for the patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension.
