阻力储备率在冠状动脉微循环功能检测中的研究进展

摘要 冠状动脉造影是被认为诊断冠状动脉疾病的金标准,但单纯的造影对于中度冠状动脉狭窄的血管功能评估的价值是有限的[1]。当前在心导管术中,冠状动脉内生理参数的引入能够协助术者更准确地对冠状动脉功能性病变的严重程度进行评估,这些生理参数大多衍生于冠状动脉内的血流参数和压力参数,而且基于这两种参数不断地衍生出新的冠状动脉功能评估指标[2,3]。
