孕妇学校线上直播课程用户体验的质性研究

A qualitative study on the user experience of online live courses in school for pregnant women

目的通过访谈孕妇对线上孕妇学校直播课程的真实体验,了解孕妇对线上直播平台、形式及课程质量等方面的评价,以期为后期全面推广线上直播课程以及孕妇学校的新媒体管理建设提供科学的参考依据。方法确定访谈提纲,收集资料,采用一对一深度访谈法收集17名孕妇的访谈资料,运用现象学分析方法进行分析。结果孕妇学校线上直播课程用户初体验提炼为3个主题:孕妇学校线上直播课程需求、线上直播课程应用平台及线上直播课程效果评价。线上直播课程的优势较多,普适性强,课程直播或回放操作流畅程度因人而异。线上直播课程质量评价高,应满足个体化。结论以新媒体平台为载体的线上直播课程是未来互联网孕妇学校开展健康教育的主要途径,互联网孕妇学校要构建系统的线上健康教育课程体系及完善的运营和激励机制。

Objective To understand the evaluation of online live streaming platform,form,and course quality through the real experience of pregnant women for online live streaming courses in the school for pregnant women,provide a reference basis for all-round popularization of online live courses and new media management construction of schools for pregnant women in future.Methods The interview outline was determined,the data were collected,the interview data of 17 pregnant women were collected by one-to-one deep interview and analyzed by phenomenological analysis.Results The initial user experience of online live streaming courses in the school for pregnant women was summarized into three themes:the demand of online live streaming courses in the school for pregnant women,the application platform of online live streaming courses,and the effect evaluation of online live streaming courses.The advantage of online live streaming courses was more,the versatility was excellent,the fluency degrees of online live streaming and playback varied from person to person.The quality evaluation of online live streaming courses was high,individualization was necessary.Conclusion The online live streaming course based on new media platform is the main way to carry out health education in the future in Internet school for pregnant women.Internet school for pregnant women should build a systematic online health education curriculum system and improve the operation and incentive mechanism.
