摘要
本文在对国内外学界在智能传播领域开展的研究进行梳理后发现,目前研究主要集中在四个方向:算法作为底层逻辑的机遇与风险、社交机器人与人机互动、计算传播视角下的商业营销与社交媒体研究、智能传播中的伦理与责任问题。除当下这些焦点问题外,智能传播未来还需要进一步拓展,其中的重点方向包括:对算法建构的多重关系的研究;对人机协同、人机互动与传播、人机共生等不断深化的人机关系的研究;对智能媒介环境下人的新存在方式及其影响的研究。
This study reviews the research in the field of intelligent communication and concludes that the research topics include four main categories: opportunities and risks of algorithms as the underlying logic, social robots and human-machine interaction, business marketing research and social media research from the perspective of computational communication, and ethical and responsibility issues in intelligent communication. This study also proposes the key directions for future research in intelligent communication: the first is the multiple relationships constructed by algorithms;the second is the deepening of human-machine relationships such as synergy, interaction, and symbiosis;and the third is the new existence of human beings in the intelligent media environment.
