摘要
对广西桂林绕城高速公路旧路路面使用现状及发生的病害进行分析,提出复拌就地热再生修复处理方案;根据已有数据重新设计配合比、确定沥青使用量、检验沥青混合料性能、对试验路铺筑检验路用性能;试验段检测结果表明复拌就地热再生技术在广西高速养护工程中具有较好的可行性。
Based on the analysis of the current situation and the cause of the disease on the old road pavement of the Guilin-Round Expressway in Guangxi,the pavement structure design plan of the in-situ thermal recycling test road is proposed;in order to ensure that the in-situ thermal recycling mixture has good road performance,carry out the remixing asphalt mixture grading design,asphalt dosage determination,asphalt mixture performance test;carried out test road paving,summarized and analyzed the on-site construction technology of in-situ thermal recycling mixture,and the test results showed that the overall paving effect of the test road was good.
