摘要 碎石挤密桩可有效加固土体,加速软土地基排水固结,提高软土地基承载力。从桩径、桩长、桩位布置及桩距、处治范围、垫层等方面分析了碎石挤密桩设计要点。以锤击法为例,从施工准备、施工放样、柴油锤成孔、钻机就位、成孔投料、质量检验和垫层施工等方面全面阐述了碎石挤密桩施工要点,并做了质量控制。 Crushed stone compacted piles can effectively reinforce the soil,accelerate the drainage and consolidation of soft soil foundations,and improve the bearing capacity of soft soil foundations.The design essentials of crushed-stone compacted piles are analyzed from the aspects of pile diameter,pile length,pile position layout and pile distance,treatment range,cushion layer and so on.Taking the hammering method as an example,the key points of the gravel compaction pile construction are comprehensively explained from the aspects of construction preparation,construction setting out,diesel hammer drilling,drilling rig in place,hole filling,quality inspection and cushion construction,etc.,and the quality control.
