超早强短细钢纤维混凝土强度性能试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 钢纤维混凝土是一种使用广泛并且性能良好的复合材料。通过试验,在研究超早强素混凝土抗压、抗折强度性能的基础上,与加入体积掺量为4.0%和6.0%超短超细钢纤维混凝土在1、3、7、14 d四个不同龄期抗压、抗折性能进行对比。结果表明,加入钢纤维可以在很大程度上提升混凝土试件的抗压、抗折强度,如超短超细钢纤维混凝土各龄期的抗压强度较素混凝土提高了17.0%~44.3%,抗折强度提高3.3%~15.9%。 Steel fiber reinforced concrete(SFRC)is a kind of widely used composite material with good performance.In this paper,on the basis of studying the compressive and flexural strength properties of ultra-early strength plain concrete,the compressive and flexural properties of ultra-short and ultra-fine steel fiber concrete with volume content of 4.0% and 6.0% at 1,3,7,14 d were compared with those of ultra-short and ultra-fine steel fiber concrete with volume content of 4.0% and 6.0% at different ages.The results showed that the addition of steel fiber can greatly improve the compressive strength and flexural strength of concrete specimens.For example,the compressive strength and flexural strength of ultra-short and ultra-fine steel fiber concrete are increased by 17.0%~44.3% and 3.3%~15.9%,respectively,compared with plain concrete.
