农村公路桥梁日常管养问题及对策研究

Study on Problems and Countermeasures of Daily Management and Maintenance of Rural Highway Bridges

农村公路是我国公路路网的主要组成部分,而农村公路桥梁又是农村公路的关键交通节点,由于农村本身经济水平相对来说比较落后,养护设施相对欠缺,农村公路中专门用于桥梁的养护资金比较匮乏甚至有的地区根本没有设置农村公路桥梁专用资金,导致农村公路桥梁的运行质量逐渐降低甚至丧失使用功能,依据湖南省长沙市望城区农村公路桥梁养护管理的实际情况为例,通过实地调研部分桥梁,总结了农村公路桥梁常见病害和养护过程中存在的问题,并对其提出相应的对策,以期能为农村地区的公路桥梁养护工作提供参考。

Rural roads are the main part of China’s road network,and rural road bridges are the key transportation nodes of rural roads.Due to the relatively backward economic level of rural areas and the relative lack of maintenance facilities,the proportion of maintenance funds specially used for bridges in rural roads is relatively scarce,and even there is no special fund for rural roads and bridges in some areas,As a result,the operation quality of rural highway bridges is gradually reduced or even lose their use function.Taking the actual situation of maintenance and management of rural highway bridges in a certain area of Hunan Province as an example,through field investigation of some bridges,this paper summarizes the common diseases and problems existing in the maintenance process of rural highway bridges,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures,In order to provide reference for highway and bridge maintenance in rural areas.
