公路桥梁现浇箱梁技术探讨

摘要 为了提升公路桥梁工程的施工质量,推动我国交通事业不断发展。立足笔者多年工作经验,以现浇箱梁技术作为研究背景在分析该技术应用优势的同时,依托某项目工程案例对现浇箱梁技术的应用过程以及施工质量控制要点进行详细分析。希望论述后,可给同类工程借鉴。 In order to study the mechanical properties of steel box girder in the whole process of pushing construction,the numerical model of steel box girder is established by using midas Civil software,the stress and deformation of guide girder,temporary pier and other temporary structures in the process of pushing construction are given,and the displacement and stress of steel box girder are checked.The results show that the stresses of steel box girder,guide girder and temporary pier all meet the requirements in the process of jacking.In the initial stage of jacking,the stress at the bottom of the temporary pier is large,and the maximum stress is about 28 MPa.The maximum stress reaches when the guide beam head passes over the temporary pier 12 m,and the maximum stress of a single steel tube column reaches 40.6 MPa.
