双歧杆菌复合益生菌制剂对哺乳仔猪生长性能及腹泻治疗效果的影响 被引量:4

摘要 文章共设置3个试验:试验1研究双歧杆菌益生菌制剂的抑菌特性;试验2研究双歧杆菌益生菌制剂对哺乳仔猪生长性能及腹泻率的影响;试验3研究双歧杆菌益生菌制剂对腹泻仔猪的治疗效果影响。试验2选取胎次一致、妊娠日龄110 d左右的母猪20头,随机分为4组,每组5个重复。试验组分别在仔猪出生及3日龄灌服1、2、3 mL的双歧杆菌复合益生菌制剂,对照组灌服等量生理盐水。试验3选取日龄相近、腹泻程度一致的哺乳仔猪88头,随机分为抗生素组和益生菌组,连续灌服5 d。试验1结果显示,通过牛津杯抑菌圈法发现研究所使用的益生菌制剂对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的体外抑菌性与庆大霉素相近。试验2结果显示,灌服不同剂量的双歧杆菌复合益生菌制剂均能够显著提高仔猪的平均日增重及断奶重(P<0.05);灌服3 m L双歧杆菌复合益生菌制剂能够显著降低哺乳仔猪第1 w、前2 w和全期的腹泻率(P<0.05)。试验3结果显示,与抗生素组相比,益生菌组治愈率提高13.6%,平均治愈天数减少0.33 d。研究表明,双歧杆菌复合益生菌制剂中的大量益生菌、有机酸等有益组分,能够提高哺乳仔猪生长性能,降低哺乳期间的腹泻率和死亡率,并可以应用于仔猪腹泻的治疗。 Three experiments were set up in the paper. In experiment 1, the antibacterial properties of Bifidobacterium probiotics were studied. In experiment 2, the effect of bifidobacteria probiotics on growth performance and diarrhea rate of suckling piglets were studied. In experiment 3, the effect of bifidobacteria probiotics on diarrhea piglets was studied. In experiment 2, 20 sows with the same parity and gestation age of about 110 d were randomly divided into four groups with five replicates in each group. The experimental group were given 1, 2 and 3 mL bifidobacteria compound probiotics at birth and 3 d of age, respectively, and the control group was given the same amount of normal saline. In experiment 3,88 suckling piglets with similar age and diarrhea degree were randomly divided into antibiotic group and probiotic group,and were given continuous gavage for 5 d. The results of experiment 1 showed that the in vitro antibacterial activity of probiotics used in the study to Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus was similar to gentamicin by Oxford cup antimicrobial circle method. In experiment 2, taking different doses of bifidobacteria compound probiotics could significantly increased the average daily gain and weaning weight of piglets(P<0.05). Feeding 3 mL of bifidobacteria compound probiotics preparation could significantly reduced the diarrhea rate of suckling piglets at the first week, the first two weeks and the whole period(P<0.05). In experiment 3, compared with the antibiotic group, the probiotic group had13.6% higher cure rate and 0.33 d lower mean cure time. The experiment indicates that bifidobacteria compound probiotic can improve the growth performance of suckling piglets, reduce the rate of diarrhea and mortality during lactation, and can also be used in piglets treatment of diarrhea.
