摘要
玻璃生产中,在成形区域易产生掉落并附于玻璃板上表面的杂质,对产品质量造成影响。采用电子显微镜对掉落物进行扫描分析确定其成分,检查现场确定其来源。通过采取调整配合料颗粒度、配合料水分及窑炉炉压等措施降低或消除掉落物的发生率,提高产品良品率。
In glass production,impurities falling off and attached to the upper surface of glass plate are easy to occur in the forming area,which will affect the product quality.The falling objects are scanned and analyzed by electron microscope to determine their composition,and the source is determined by checking the site.Reduce or eliminate the incidence of falling objects and improve the yield of products by taking measures such as adjusting the particle size of mixture,mixture moisture and kiln pressure.
