增强职业教育适应性是我国职业教育发展的思想精髓与实践规律总结。探究增强职业教育适应性的思想源流,归纳增强职业教育适应性在不同历史阶段的表现形式发现,增强职业教育适应性在新民主主义革命时期表现为适应革命战争需求;在社会主义革命与建设时期表现为适应新中国大规模社会主义建设需求;在改革开放和社会主义现代化建设新时期表现为适应中国特色社会主义市场经济与人民群众接受多样化职业教育的需求;在中国特色社会主义新时代表现为全面适应中国经济社会发展需求,为实现中华民族伟大复兴贡献职教力量。新时代增强职业教育适应性,要从增强办学思想的适应性、办学模式的适应性、办学评价的适应性三个方面推进。

Enhancing the adaptability of vocational education is a summary of the ideological essence and practical law of the development of vocational education led by the Communist Party of China.After the origin of thought of enhancing the adaptability of vocational education is explored,and the forms of expression of enhancing the adaptability of vocational education in different historical stages are summarized,it has been found that in the period of new democratic revolution,enhancing the adaptability of vocational education is to meet the needs of revolutionary war;in the period of socialist revolution and construction,enhancing the adaptability of vocational education is to meet the needs of new China’s large-scale socialist construction;in the period of reform and opening-up and socialist modernization,enhancing the adaptability of vocational education is to adapt to the socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics and the needs of the masses to accept diversified vocational education;in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,enhancing the adaptability of vocational education is to fully adapt to the needs of China’s economic and social development and contribute to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.In the new era,strengthening the adaptability of vocational education shall be promoted from three aspects:strengthening the adaptability of school-running ideology,school-running mode and school-running evaluation.
