论法治视域下的职业教育治理现代化

On Modernization of Vocational Education Governance from the Perspective of Rule of Law

法治是职业教育治理的基本方式,推进职业教育治理现代化的题中之义是推进职业教育治理法治化。法律是法治的前提,国家法制和教育法规是法的外在表现形式。法治为职业教育治理“良法”注入基本价值,保障职业教育治理达到“善治”。法治化是职业教育治理现代化的必然选择,应通过构建职业教育治理的国家法体系和教育法规体系实现治理法制化,建立健全国家法和职业教育法执行体制机制,提升治理主体法治实施能力,推动职业教育治理现代化。

In modern society,the rule of law is the basic way of vocational education governance.The meaning of promoting the modernization of vocational education governance is to promote the rule of law of vocational education governance.The rule of law injects basic value into the“good law”of vocational education governance,and guarantees the“good governance”of vocational education governance.Law is the premise foundation of the rule of law,and educational regulations and national legal system are the external manifestations of law.The rule of law is the inevitable choice of the modernization of vocational education governance.The rule of law includes the rule of law of vocational education governance system and the rule of law of governance ability,which jointly promote the modernization of vocational education governance.
